Job Description

The HR and Admin Assistant will support the group in recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll administration, and general office management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention tdetail, and the ability thandle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • HR Administration & Compliance
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Training & Development Support
  • Employee Relations & Welfare
  • General Office Administration
  • Ensuring legal compliance
  • Perfomance appraisal
  • Developing & implementing policies and procedures
  • Implementing quality management systems (ISstandard)

Qualification

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must be a member of IHRM/CHRP
  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel etc).
  • Experience with HRMIS software is a plus.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
