Job Description
Logistics/Administration Intern Kisumu
Key Responsibilities:
- The interns will be trained on logistics for project activities, including transportation, procurement, inventory and office organization among other duties.
- The interns will be trained on administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
- The interns will be trained on communication between project teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- The interns will be trained on packaging and distribution of study materials and equipment as required.
- The interns will be trained on organizing meetings, workshops, and field activities.
- The interns will be trained on any other duties as assigned to support project operations.
Vacancy Requirements:
- Certificate in Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field Mandatory
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office applications). Mandatory
- Willing to live and work in Kisumu Mandatory
- Willingness to learn and develop personal quarterly reports of knowledge and skills gained Mandatory
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Mandatory
- Ability to work as part of a team Mandatory
