Job Description

NATURE OF JOB; FULL TIME. 

INDUSTRY; LAW SERVICES

SALARY; KSHS. 50,000-70,000 NEGOTIABLE

JOB LOCATION; RIVERSIDE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Organize, manage, and maintain digital records and databases.
  2. Provide administrative and clerical support, including handling correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.
  3. Assist with legal document management, filing, and review.
  4. Support the team with IT-related tasks, including troubleshooting, software updates, and system improvements.
  5. Ensure the secure handling and storage of confidential digital files.
  6. Conduct legal research and prepare documents as required.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline digital workflows and improve efficiency.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  1. Proven experience in IT support or administration.
  2. Strong digital literacy and experience working with document management systems, cloud storage, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  3. Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  6. A law degree (LLB) or relevant legal qualifications/experience is highly desirable.
