Full-Time Property Management Officer – SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring smooth functioning and high tenant satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and manage leases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining proper documentation for lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess the condition of buildings and grounds, ensuring that any maintenance or repair issues are addressed promptly.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, including monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and ensuring financial performance aligns with set objectives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain the properties, including managing contracts and ensuring service delivery standards are met.
  • Assist in property-related projects, including renovations, upgrades, and improvements, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular reports on property performance, financial status, tenant issues, and upcoming maintenance requirements to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management, health and safety standards, and tenant rights.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, including residential or commercial properties.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and accounting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to resolve tenant concerns in a professional manner.
