Full-Time DIGITAL MARKETER
Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid ads, etc.) to promote our brand, products, and services.
- Create and manage content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and ads for use in digital marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and high-quality visual content.
- Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.), and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Optimize website content, blog posts, and social media for search engines. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Design and implement effective email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and customer retention strategies.
- Work closely with the team to ensure the digital presence aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and values.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and graphic design, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software.
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content that drives growth and engagement.
