Our partnership with The Kenya Renewable Energy Association (KEREA) aims to deliver quality manpower for employment and business linkages within Kenya's Renewable Energy Sector. KEREA is an independent non-profit association dedicated to facilitating the growth and development of renewable energy business in Kenya.

Podcast-based Micro Business Practitioner Training

We have developed audios and podcasts to train EATI students in business, starting with Wig-Making Business Skills to empower young women to establish hair-based micro enterprieses as saloonists and retailers of artificial and human hair products. Students will take these theory lessons alongside practical sessions at EATI.

Digitising Clean Energy in Kenya Along Value Chains

Partnering with Practical Action in the conceptualisation and implementation of the project Digitising Clean Energy in Marginalised Regions of Kenya" was an eye opener. The project facilitated the first ever digital registration and linkages to opportunities of youth based in remote parts of Narok and Baringo Counties, using the Yakazi Jobs & Business Ideas - Apps on Google Play Store.

We have partnered with Career Pros Africa to provide specialised human resource training on one-to-one and group basis. This training will contribute to work readiness of Yakazi Members, thereby improving their positioning in the job market.

Life Purpose Discovery and Career Shift Coaching

Thanks to our partnership with Potensheer, we made notable impact to the lives of youth in Nairobi through our participation in the Nairobi County Government's Rapid Results Initiative (RRI). We trained the youth on sexual and reproductive health, mental health, the job market, micro enterprise and life purpose. Potensheer seeks to unlock human potential and build a culture of purpose-driven success, significance, influence and legacy in the marketplace.

Enhance Access to Animal Welfare Resources

By partnering with the Kenya Veterinary Association (KVA), we aim to scale the potential of youth to participate effectively in the animal sector as care agents as well as investors. Livestock an pets are major sources of economic, emotional and mental welfare. We are currently mobilising support for the  Programme for Awareness and Consumer Education in Animal Welfare and Resources Industry (PACE) to be delivered via Yakazi Network and Fululizo Multi-Media Channel.

We partnered with WTS in recognition of our mutual interest and synergies in the energy human resource sphere. WTS catalyses opportunity for talent at energy companies in the energy transition. Our partnership has led to the employment of youth from marginalised regions in WTS-managed energy installations in Kenya. Together we are exploring opportunities to decentralise energy prractitioner skilling to service Kenya's rapidly expanding energy demand.
