JOB SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar ESS Direct Sales Representative to drive direct sales efforts for solar energy storage systems (ESS).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar and renewable energy sales, with a focus on residential and commercial energy storage solutions.

This role requires excellent sales acumen and a deep understanding of the solar ESS market.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Implement direct sales strategies to drive business growth in the solar ESS market.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion:
  • Identify potential customers, generate leads, and close deals with residential and commercial clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales approaches.

Product Knowledge:

  • Educate customers on the benefits of solar ESS solutions and stay informed on product offerings.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment in sales and product strategies.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field preferred
  • Over 3 years experience of direct sales in solar, energy storage or renewable industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of solar ESS technologies and market trends
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
