Overview:
A well-established fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturer is seeking 100 dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors/Merchandisers to join its Nairobi team for an initial 3-months contract. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for individuals eager to launch a career in sales, marketing and field activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the brand across various retail outlets, wholesalers and local SMEs.
Promote product awareness and ensure optimal visibility in stores.
Build rapport with store owners, senior managers and other key stakeholders.
Report field insights and sales feedback regularly.
Actively push and close product sales.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in any field.
Must be enthusiastic, proactive and target-driven.
0–3 years’ experience (any industry).
Well-groomed, confident and able to engage professionally with business stakeholders.
Fluent in both English and Kiswahili.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Age: Preferably 20–27 years.
Should be based in Nairobi.
Compensation & Benefits:
Daily rate: KES 1,150 during the probation period (first 2 weeks).
Opportunity to transition into full-time employment after successful probation.
Retainer plus commission based on sales performance.
Training provided at the start of the engagement.
